EPAM Expands Enterprise AI With Anthropic

EPAM Anthropic enterprise AI partnership

EPAM Systems has entered a multi-year strategic partnership with Anthropic to accelerate enterprise AI adoption and large-scale deployment. Additionally, more than 20,000 EPAM employees have completed training through the Anthropic Academy, strengthening the company’s AI delivery capabilities.

The agreement also positions EPAM as a major services partner within Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network. Anthropic launched the program in March with a $100 million commitment focused on technical enablement, training, and joint go-to-market initiatives.

Furthermore, the partnership reflects a broader shift across the enterprise sector as organizations move AI projects from experimentation into production environments. EPAM plans to help businesses automate workflows, process large datasets, and modernize legacy systems using Anthropic’s Claude models and AI tools.

EPAM Expands Claude-Focused Capabilities

Under the partnership, EPAM is integrating Claude models, Claude Code, Claude Agent SDK, and Claude Security into its enterprise delivery framework. At the same time, the company is building a dedicated Claude practice centered on enterprise-scale AI implementation.

Currently, around 1,300 EPAM employees hold the Claude Certified Architect credential. However, the company aims to expand that number to 5,000 certified professionals by the third quarter of 2026. In parallel, EPAM is targeting a broader network of 10,000 certified AI architects.

The certification program evaluates engineers on production-grade AI architecture, prompt engineering, context management, tool integration, and deployment workflows. Consequently, EPAM is strengthening its position in the rapidly growing market for agentic AI systems and enterprise automation services.

Anthropic Strengthens Enterprise Ecosystem

Meanwhile, Anthropic continues to expand its enterprise AI ecosystem through new products and strategic alliances. Recently, the company introduced Claude Security in public beta, offering AI-powered code analysis and vulnerability detection for enterprise customers.

In addition, Anthropic has announced plans to establish a dedicated AI services company backed by Blackstone, Goldman Sachs, and Hellman & Friedman. The initiative will focus on delivering AI solutions to midsize enterprises seeking scalable implementation support.

As enterprise demand for applied AI services rises, EPAM continues to broaden its network of AI partnerships. Therefore, the collaboration with Anthropic further strengthens the company’s position in the evolving enterprise AI market.
