Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, UAE’s Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, officially inaugurated the Bitcoin MENA Conference at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC). This landmark event, marking its debut in the Middle East, underscores the region’s growing influence within the global digital currency landscape.
A Global Platform for Blockchain Innovation
Organized by the ADNEC Group in collaboration with BTC Inc. and the Abu Dhabi Blockchain Center, the conference has drawn over 5,200 industry leaders, innovators, and decision-makers from 55 countries. Featuring 120 expert speakers, the event aims to address critical trends and advancements in Bitcoin and blockchain technologies.
Running alongside the conference is an extensive exhibition covering 8,000 square metres, showcasing innovations from 500 top-tier companies and brands.

In his keynote address, Sheikh Nahyan said, “The Bitcoin MENA Conference reaffirms the UAE’s commitment to positioning Abu Dhabi as a global hub for innovation and technology. Dr. Mohamed Al Kuwaiti, Head of Cyber Security, emphasized the UAE’s proactive stance in leveraging blockchain and artificial intelligence to build a secure digital future.
