Batelco Upgrades One Plan With Flexible Connectivity Controls

Batelco One Plan Flexible Roaming Mobile Connectivity

Batelco by Beyon has upgraded its One Plan connectivity service in Bahrain, introducing enhanced digital controls that give customers greater flexibility to manage mobile lines, voice allowances, and data usage.

The upgrade allows primary account holders to manage individual secondary lines through the Batelco App. As a result, customers can monitor consumption, set usage limits, and personalise services to each user’s needs.

Custom Voice and Data Management

The latest enhancements add several controls to manage individual connections.

Customers can now:

  • Set voice limits: Allocate specific minute allowances for local, international direct dialling (IDD) and roaming calls across secondary lines.

  • Manage data allowances: Distribute local and roaming data allowances between individual users.

  • Monitor consumption: Track voice and data usage across primary and secondary lines through the Batelco App.

  • Personalise line names: Assign individual names to connections for easier identification and account management.

These features give primary account holders greater oversight of household connectivity. Moreover, they make it easier to manage multiple users through one digital interface.

Wider Device Discounts and Connectivity Options

Batelco has also expanded the range of devices eligible for applicable One Plan discounts. Customers can use these benefits towards smartphones, laptops, televisions, gaming consoles, cameras and smart home devices.

As a result, subscribers have more flexibility when selecting devices alongside their connectivity services. The plan continues to combine mobile connections, home broadband and eligible devices under a single subscription.

Aseel Mattar, Chief Consumer Officer at Batelco by Beyon, said the enhancements reflect the company’s focus on simpler and more personalised digital experiences. She added that customers can now monitor consumption and customise service usage directly through the app.

The upgrade builds on Batelco’s original One Plan offering, introduced in February 2025. The service combines multiple postpaid mobile lines and fibre broadband on one bill, targeting families and customers who manage several connections.

With these additions, Batelco is extending account-level control across its integrated connectivity offering. The changes also reflect growing demand for flexible telecom services that accommodate different household usage patterns.
