INSTEROID: A Bold New Vision for EV Design
The name INSTEROID blends “INSTER” with “steroid,” symbolizing an amped-up, muscular take on Hyundai’s popular sub-compact EV, which has been a sales hit in Europe and South Korea since its June 2024 debut.
Teaser visuals hint at an aggressive, arcade-racer aesthetic, featuring flared wheel arches with air vents for a sportier stance, oversized 21-inch wheels for a commanding road presence, signature Pixel LED lights reinforcing its digital-inspired design, and video game-inspired controls with a reimagined cockpit interface.
