Qiddiya Investment Company and Google Cloud have expanded their strategic collaboration to build the digital infrastructure supporting Qiddiya City, one of the world’s largest entertainment and tourism developments. Moreover, Master Works will support the initiative as the strategic systems integrator.
The project covers nearly 360 square kilometers and aligns closely with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 strategy. Consequently, the development aims to strengthen economic diversification through tourism, entertainment, innovation, and advanced technology investments.
Qiddiya City continues to grow as a large-scale smart entertainment destination. The development combines theme parks, gaming districts, sports venues, cultural attractions, and residential communities within a connected urban ecosystem. Meanwhile, flagship destinations such as Six Flags Qiddiya City and Aquarabia have already started operations, while development across more than 20 neighborhoods continues to expand.
AI and Data Platforms Power Operations
Under the enhanced partnership, Google Cloud technologies will support construction management, visitor operations, and real-time decision-making across the city. In addition, advanced analytics and artificial intelligence tools will help Qiddiya process operational data more efficiently.
The platform will analyze visitor demand, crowd movement, operational performance, and construction progress in real time. As a result, Qiddiya expects to reduce operational analysis timelines from weeks to minutes while improving responsiveness across the destination.
Furthermore, the collaboration focuses on three core technology pillars designed to support long-term digital growth. The first pillar introduces an AI Factory powered by the Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform. The system will analyze visitor behavior, spending patterns, and movement trends to improve personalization and predictive crowd management.
The second pillar centers on Q-Brain, Qiddiya’s proprietary Agentic AI platform powered by Gemini models. The platform will support leadership teams and operational staff with real-time insights, autonomous task execution, and faster decision-making capabilities.
Unified Data Ecosystem
The third pillar introduces a Unified Data Platform built on BigQuery. This infrastructure will consolidate operational data from Qiddiya’s entertainment assets into a single integrated ecosystem. Therefore, the platform will enable more coordinated management across attractions, venues, and city services.
Additionally, the partnership strengthens Qiddiya’s ambition to operate as a fully connected smart city powered by AI-driven intelligence and cloud-based infrastructure. The initiative also highlights Saudi Arabia’s continued investment in large-scale digital transformation projects designed to accelerate innovation and modern urban development.
