Keeta Brings Drone Delivery to Sobha Realty Communities in UAE
Sobha Realty has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Keeta Drone to introduce drone delivery services across its residential communities in the UAE. As a result, Sobha Realty becomes Keeta Drone’s first official Smart Community partner in the country.
The agreement was signed in the presence of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority and will roll out in phases under approved government frameworks. Moreover, the partnership aims to deliver faster and more sustainable last-mile logistics while maintaining safety, convenience, and operational compliance.
Keeta Drone’s delivery ecosystem supports urban environments such as offices, residential communities, parks, university campuses, healthcare facilities, and public spaces. As of March 2026, the company had launched delivery routes in Shenzhen, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, and Dubai, completing more than 880,000 deliveries. Additionally, the service provides access to over 160,000 product options across its operating markets.
Global Expansion Plans Take Shape
Sobha Realty’s Backward Integration model will support the deployment of air delivery networks with stronger control over quality, safety, and scalability. Meanwhile, Sobha Hartland, the developer’s flagship community, is home to more than 11,000 residents.
Both companies also plan to explore opportunities beyond the UAE as Keeta Drone expands its deployment roadmap and Sobha Realty continues its international growth strategy.
