Plaud.ai has released the Plaud Note Pro, its upgraded physical notetaker. The device follows the original Plaud Note and arrives after the company’s AI pin product. Moreover, the new model keeps the compact, credit-card form factor that users know. However, it adds a 0.95-inch AMOLED screen to show recording status and battery level.
Key features and improvements
The Note Pro includes four MEMS microphones for wider audio pickup and improved noise suppression. In addition, the device extends capture range to about 16.4 feet, doubling the previous model’s reach. Also, the standard battery supports 30 hours of recording, while a reduced-range mode delivers up to 50 hours on one charge. Furthermore, auto-detection now switches smoothly between calls and in-person recordings, removing manual steps.
Pricing, app upgrades, and availability
Plaud is updating its companion app with multidimensional summaries, image adds, and role-based templates. In addition, a beta query feature lets users search and ask questions of their notes. The Note Pro costs $179 / £169 and is available for preorder now, with shipping set for October 2025. Finally, early buyers receive 600 complimentary transcription minutes and a magnetic case, while all users get 300 free monthly transcription minutes.
