ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) has officially launched the ROG Phone 9 and ROG Phone 9 Pro, the latest additions to its gaming smartphone lineup. These devices bring groundbreaking advancements in mobile gaming technology, pushing the boundaries of performance, display quality, and user experience.
The phones feature a stunning 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with a 185Hz refresh rate, delivering ultra-smooth visuals for even the most demanding games. Both models include AniMe Vision displays, with the ROG Phone 9 Pro boasting 648 customizable mini-LEDs for personalized aesthetics. The screens are further enhanced with Corning Gorilla Glass for durability and a peak brightness of 2,500 nits for comfortable outdoor use.
Powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, the devices promise console-level gaming performance. Equipped with Oryon CPUs, Adreno 830 GPUs, and AI-optimized Hexagon NPUs, these phones offer exceptional graphics and smooth gameplay, even for resource-intensive titles.
Memory options include 12GB LPDDR5X RAM, with storage capacities of up to 1TB for the Pro model. Camera capabilities are impressive, featuring a 50MP Sony Lytia 700 sensor, a 13MP ultra-wide lens, and a 5MP macro camera, supporting both JPEG and RAW formats.
