Looking at emerging technologies globally, Artificial Intelligence leads the charge. However, the nature of the interaction of these technologies often puts them in mental silos for us. Blockchain seems like a money thing too complex for everyone, Artificial Intelligence for professionals and academia, IoT for wealthier households. Integrating these technologies can open a different world of possibilities for their application. AI with blockchain can allow us secure and transparent data sharing. Further, IoT with a dash of Artificial Intelligence can create autonomous connected ecosystems that can adapt and optimise in real-time.

“Advancements in natural language processing with sophisticated models and multilingual capabilities will revolutionise human-machine interactions. It will enable seamless communication and understanding across languages and cultures,” said Arjun. Accordingly, the enhanced adaptability of these systems will make it easier for healthcare, retail, and entertainment industries to use them for customers.
Explainable and transparent models will help foster trust between humans and AI. As AI is getting more decision-making roles, people are more likely to trust the decisions if they understand the rationale behind the decisions. Arjun added, “Democratizing AI through low-code/no-code platforms and AI-as-a-service models will accelerate adoption and innovation across sectors”.
A major challenge is the lack of diverse and representative datasets, which can lead to AI systems perpetuating societal biases. Arjun added, “At QX Labs, we actively collect and curate multilingual datasets to train our models. It ensures our solutions are inclusive and culturally sensitive. At QX Labs, we have built a culture of continuous innovation and collaboration.” Another challenge is the need for explainable and transparent AI. Finally, it is vital to integrate AI with human values as it paves the way for decision-making.
