Exploit3rs Signs Four Cybersecurity MoUs at GISEC
Exploit3rs Cyber Security Academy has signed four strategic memoranda of understanding at GISEC Global 2026 in Dubai. The agreements expand its academic, industry, and media partnerships.
The academy signed the agreements at the Dubai Exhibition Centre in Expo City Dubai. Meanwhile, the partnerships focus on practical cybersecurity education, industry readiness, and public awareness.
Exploit3rs operates as a UAE-based cybersecurity academy under the UAE Cyber Security Council’s CyberE71 program. It focuses on hands-on training through its Hacking Dungeon platform.
Academic Partnerships Target Practical Cyber Skills
Two of the four agreements involve academic institutions. Exploit3rs partnered with Curtin University and the Rochester Institute of Technology.
The Curtin University agreement focuses on practical cybersecurity skills for students. It also aims to connect academic learning with workplace requirements.
Meanwhile, the Rochester Institute of Technology partnership will develop advanced student capabilities. The program will use interactive environments that simulate real-world cyber threats.
Both partnerships will use practical training approaches through Exploit3rs’ Hacking Dungeon platform. The platform includes realistic laboratories, Capture The Flag challenges, and offensive and defensive security scenarios.
As a result, the agreements pair practical exercises with conventional cybersecurity education. The approach also gives students opportunities to work with scenarios that reflect operational security environments.
ANSEN and Masbar Expand Industry and Media Reach
The third MoU brings Exploit3rs together with ANSEN Technology, an AI-powered cybersecurity specialist. The partnership will integrate AI-based defensive platforms into practical cybersecurity training.
In addition, the two organisations plan to support community events focused on cyber readiness. The partnership therefore connects defensive technology with hands-on training and cybersecurity awareness.
The fourth agreement involves Masbar UAE News Platform. This partnership will expand Exploit3rs’ media activities through professional coverage, educational content, and detailed cybersecurity reports.
The collaboration also aims to improve public understanding of digital security across Emirati and Gulf communities. As a result, Exploit3rs is extending its work beyond training into broader cybersecurity communication.
Juma Aldharaif, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Exploit3rs Cyber Security Academy, said building practical cybersecurity capabilities begins with direct student experience. He also highlighted community participation and responsible media coverage as important parts of the academy’s approach.
Academy Expands UAE Cybersecurity Skills Development
The four agreements build on Exploit3rs’ existing training and events program. According to the academy, it has organised more than 21 cybersecurity events and trained over 4,000 students and professionals.
The academy says this work involved more than nine UAE universities and one university in Malaysia. Its current website reports training 2,500-plus professionals and delivering 21 cyber events.
Exploit3rs also says its programs follow practical methodologies approved by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority and align with National Electronic Security Authority standards.
The latest agreements bring together universities, a cybersecurity technology company, and a media platform. As a result, the academy is expanding its network across education, industry, and public cybersecurity awareness.
GISEC Global 2026 ran from September 16 to 18 at the Dubai Exhibition Centre in Expo City Dubai. The event brought together cybersecurity companies, government organisations, and industry leaders from across the region and beyond.
The MoUs establish cooperation frameworks, while specific implementation timelines and financial terms were not disclosed. Further details will depend on the individual programs developed under each agreement.
