Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy has signed two memorandums of understanding (MoUs) with Nebius Academy and Lovable to accelerate Agentic AI adoption across Dubai’s private sector.
The partnerships aim to improve business productivity, strengthen digital capabilities, and enhance operational efficiency. Furthermore, the agreements will provide companies with specialized training, technical resources, and access to AI development tools.
The initiative supports Dubai’s program to transition the private sector towards Agentic AI. His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum launched the program to advance AI integration across businesses.
Dubai Chambers oversees the initiative and has introduced specialized training tracks for 14,000 member companies. These companies belong to Business Groups and Business Councils operating under the Dubai Chamber of Commerce.
Consequently, participating businesses will gain opportunities to integrate Agentic AI into their administrative processes and daily operations.
Strengthening AI Skills Through Nebius Academy
Under the first agreement, Nebius Academy will deliver specialized training in AI leadership and Agentic AI through Dubai Chambers Academy.
The digital learning platform provides dedicated training tracks to help private-sector companies develop practical AI capabilities. Additionally, the collaboration will offer technical workshops, certifications, expert-led sessions, and access to relevant educational resources.
Executives, technical teams, and employees of Dubai Chamber of Commerce member companies will benefit from these programs. Moreover, the initiative aims to help businesses move beyond theoretical AI knowledge towards practical implementation.
The training programs will focus on strengthening the skills required to integrate Agentic AI into everyday business operations. Furthermore, the collaboration aims to help companies translate their understanding of AI into practical applications that support innovation and growth.
Lovable Partnership Supports AI Entrepreneurship
Meanwhile, the second agreement with Lovable focuses on accelerating Agentic AI adoption through entrepreneurship support and skills development.
Under the partnership, Lovable will provide Dubai-based businesses and founders with access to its software creation platform and educational resources. Additionally, the company will participate in joint workshops, events, and capability development programs.
Dubai Chambers will facilitate connections between Lovable, its member companies, and business partners. As a result, entrepreneurs will gain greater opportunities to explore and develop AI-powered solutions.
Furthermore, Lovable will provide platform credits funded by Dubai Chambers to participants in the Create AI Agents Championship. These credits will help founders and businesses develop and deploy Agentic AI solutions.
The collaboration also aims to make AI development tools more accessible to entrepreneurs and emerging businesses. Consequently, participating companies can explore new opportunities to create, launch, and operate AI-powered applications.
Advancing Dubai’s AI-Driven Business Ecosystem
The two agreements reinforce Dubai’s broader efforts to strengthen AI capabilities across its private sector.
Through these collaborations, Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy aims to help businesses understand and adopt advanced AI technologies. Additionally, the initiative supports startups developing Agentic AI solutions and exploring opportunities in new markets.
The partnerships also seek to build a more innovative and adaptable business community by expanding access to specialized knowledge and technical expertise.
Together, the agreements will provide businesses with AI training, development platforms, and practical learning opportunities. Ultimately, the initiative aims to strengthen Dubai’s digital economy while improving competitiveness, productivity, and operational efficiency across the private sector.
