Abu Dhabi Launches ‘Madhmoun’ for Streamlined Property Transactions

Abu Dhabi launches Madhmoun to simplify property transactions.
The Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC) has launched Madhmoun, a multiple listing service (MLS) designed to provide verified property listings and real-time updates. The platform ensures transparent transactions and eliminates misleading advertisements in the emirate’s real estate market.

Improving Market Efficiency

Madhmoun acts as a one-stop hub for real estate professionals, consolidating property listings to increase seller visibility by 70%. It also ensures that property details remain up to date, helping buyers make informed decisions. Rashed Al Omaira, Acting Director-General of ADREC, emphasized that the platform will transform real estate transactions in Abu Dhabi. By reducing listing fragmentation, it improves accessibility and attracts investors.

Boosting Broker Productivity and Investment Appeal

The platform enhances broker efficiency by 35% and reduces transaction times by 40%, making property deals faster and more efficient. This improvement also strengthens Abu Dhabi’s appeal for global investors. Madhmoun follows ADREC’s launch of the Rental Index in August 2024, further modernizing Abu Dhabi’s real estate sector.

Key Features of Madhmoun

  • Verified Listings: Every property undergoes authentication for accuracy and reliability.
  • Real-Time Data: Users can access updated property details for better decision-making.
  • Transparent Advertising: The platform removes misleading ads, ensuring clear and honest listings.
  • Global Connectivity: Madhmoun strengthens Abu Dhabi’s real estate market by attracting international investors.
With demand for real estate rising, Madhmoun is set to enhance trust and efficiency in property transactions across Abu Dhabi. Also Read: AI-Generated Studio Ghibli-Style Images Flood Social Media After ChatGPT Update
