Nemetschek Arabia has signed a strategic collaboration agreement with KEO Group to accelerate digital facilities management across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). The partnership combines Nemetschek Arabia’s expertise in digital building lifecycle technologies with KEO Group’s regional consulting and facilities management capabilities. Consequently, both companies aim to help organizations develop smarter, more efficient, and data-driven built environments.

The agreement also responds to growing demand for advanced digital infrastructure as governments and developers expand investments in complex construction and real estate projects. Moreover, the collaboration supports regional digital transformation initiatives across the built environment sector.

Driving Smarter Facilities Management

Under the agreement, Nemetschek Arabia and KEO Group will collaborate on business development, industry research, thought leadership, and technology initiatives. Therefore, project owners, developers, and public sector organizations will gain greater access to digital facilities management solutions.

The partnership will receive direct support from Optima, KEO Group’s specialized Allied Practice focused on facilities management. In addition, the companies plan to promote digital twins, artificial intelligence, and open standards to improve asset performance throughout the building lifecycle.
