Abu Dhabi Gaming Partners with ASPIRE to Advance AI Innovation
Abu Dhabi Gaming has formed a strategic partnership with ASPIRE to accelerate AI-driven game development and support the expansion of Abu Dhabi’s gaming and interactive entertainment industry. The agreement was signed during the A2RL Summit at the ADNEC Centre in Abu Dhabi, where industry leaders gathered to discuss developments in artificial intelligence, autonomy, and emerging digital technologies.
The collaboration brings together Abu Dhabi Gaming’s growing ecosystem and ASPIRE’s advanced research capabilities. As a result, both organizations aim to foster innovation and encourage the adoption of artificial intelligence across game design and production.
The agreement was signed by HE Saeed Ali Obaid Al Fazari, Executive Director of the Strategic Affairs Sector at the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi, and Stéphane Timpano, Chief Executive Officer of ASPIRE.
AI and Research to Support Studios and Startups
Through this partnership, startups and established game studios will gain access to advanced tools, technical expertise, and development support. Furthermore, the initiative will help projects progress from early-stage concepts to market-ready products.
ASPIRE, which operates under the Advanced Technology Research Council, focuses on identifying industry challenges and developing practical technology solutions. Consequently, the collaboration seeks to bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and commercial game development.
