Ooredoo Launches Strategic Digital and AI Transformation Program

Ooredoo has launched its Strategic Digital & AI Transformation Program in collaboration with Microsoft to accelerate its transition into an AI-powered company in Qatar.

The initiative builds on earlier collaborations between the two companies. Moreover, it aims to drive large-scale digital transformation that benefits both Ooredoo and its customers. The program supports the company’s long-term strategy to create a more agile and future-ready organization.

Focus on AI, Cloud, and Digital Infrastructure

The program centers on sovereign and hybrid cloud capabilities, AI integration, and scalable digital infrastructure. In addition, it aligns with Qatar National Vision 2030 by supporting a resilient and advanced digital ecosystem.

Ooredoo and Microsoft will jointly develop a scalable AI and cloud foundation to speed up AI adoption across telecom operations, enterprise solutions, customer engagement, and future digital platforms. As a result, the initiative will improve operational efficiency while supporting more advanced digital services.

The transformation program will also strengthen intelligent network operations and predictive optimization capabilities. Furthermore, it will enable more personalized customer experiences and AI-powered enterprise services across Ooredoo’s business operations.

Long-Term Co-Innovation Strategy
