The UAE has launched an AI-powered Human Resources Assistant to modernize government operations. This new system aims to enhance employee experience, streamline HR services, and deliver faster, more accurate results. By integrating artificial intelligence, the initiative seeks to transform how employees interact with HR services daily.

In the first phase, the assistant will serve over 50,000 federal employees. It offers 108 services and automates 80% of self-service HR procedures. Additionally, it provides automatic responses to 80% of HR-related inquiries, which is expected to save around 170,000 work hours annually in technical and legal support.

Advanced Features and Accessibility

Built on a sophisticated AI platform, the assistant leverages data from FAHR’s HR information management system, “Bayanati.” It delivers personalized answers through interactive written or voice interfaces in both Arabic and English. Employees can access these services anytime via the official website or mobile app, ensuring round-the-clock support.

This advanced functionality allows the system to provide accurate, instantaneous responses while maintaining user-friendly interactions. As a result, employees spend less time on repetitive tasks and more on strategic work.
