The Saudi Basserah Information Technology Company, specializing in artificial intelligence and robotic automation, unveiled its “Anjiz Li” platform at the LEAP Conference in Riyadh. The platform uses digital employees and the process of robotic automation to perform external tasks on the platforms of service providers in the public and private sectors.
The CEO of the company, Abdulaziz Al-Maliki, stated that the platform offers smart and creative solutions to address privacy challenges and operating risks, with the goal of improving productivity and employee satisfaction.
The “digital employee” concept creates a complementary relationship between service providers and beneficiaries, reducing time and expenditures, and enhancing overall productivity and employee satisfaction.
The “Anjiz Li” platform provides up to 24 services so far, including passport services, residence permits, entry and exit permits, and passport information updates. Additionally, it also offers foreign services such as business visit visas, medical insurance, and pay changes. Al-Maliki emphasized the platform’s aim to provide an efficient and convenient solution to a wide range of services.
