Powered by NVIDIA accelerated computing, the platform is built to help enterprises scale AI adoption efficiently while maintaining strong governance and transparency.
Built on NVIDIA’s AI Enterprise software suite, TechM Orion leverages technologies such as NVIDIA NIM, NeMo, and RAPIDS. This combination enables enterprises to train, customize, and deploy AI agents faster. Moreover, it supports cloud, on-premise, and hybrid deployment models, allowing seamless integration with existing systems and third-party tools. As a result, enterprises can boost productivity while maintaining control across the AI lifecycle. TechM Orion introduces an accelerated path to AI deployment through the C2A (Chat-to-Agent) interface. Consequently, enterprises can build and deploy AI agents in under one week significantly faster than the typical 2–3 week timeline. In addition, the platform offers a library of over 200 pre-built, production-grade AI agents tailored for industries like Banking, Telecom, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Retail.
To streamline enterprise integration, TechM Orion supports pre-configured connectors and low-code adapters built in Python. Furthermore, it includes out-of-the-box frameworks like Agentic RAG and document readers, as well as enterprise tools such as SAP, Salesforce, and email adapters. These features enable near real-time system integration. Additionally, the platform enforces over 30 configurable AI governance checks per agent to ensure compliance and transparency.
With a strong focus on responsible AI, TechM Orion also includes VerifAI Tech Mahindra’s proprietary verification and validation system. This observer agent ensures secure and ethical data usage across workflows, helping enterprises avoid risks. Also, by utilizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and fine-tuned models, the platform enables agents to tap into enterprise-specific knowledge repositories, reducing hallucinations and improving contextual accuracy.

Set to be commercially available in Q3 2025, the platform will first be accessible to select clients through early access programs in August.
