Reliance Jio Unveils International Roaming Plans including UAE

Jio : Reliance Jio has rolled out updated international roaming packages catering to high-demand locations including the UAE, Canada, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, the Caribbean, and Europe. The new Jio plans offer enhanced data, value, and extended validity periods, providing users with flexible options for up to 30 days.

Jio plans for Europe and the Caribbean, Jio’s monthly roaming packs now include extra perks such as complimentary in-flight benefits. Additionally, the company has slashed pay-as-you-go rates by up to 50% across 32 global destinations.

The newly introduced country-specific packs come with features like unlimited incoming SMS, local and international calls, high-speed data beyond the Fair Usage Policy (FUP), and additional in-flight advantages. Note that Wi-Fi calling must be disabled on your device for calls and SMS over Wi-Fi. Here are the specific details of the new plans:

UAE:

Rs 898: 100 minutes of outgoing and incoming calls, 1 GB of data, 100 SMS, valid for 7 days.
Rs 1,598: 150 minutes of outgoing and incoming calls, 3 GB of data, 100 SMS, valid for 14 days.
Rs 2,998: 250 minutes of outgoing and incoming calls, 7 GB of data, 100 SMS, valid for 21 days.

Thailand:

Rs 1,551: 100 minutes of outgoing and incoming calls, 6 GB of data, 50 SMS, valid for 14 days.
Rs 2,851: 150 minutes of outgoing and incoming calls, 12 GB of data, 100 SMS, valid for 30 days.

Canada:

Rs 1,691: 100 minutes of outgoing and incoming calls, 5 GB of data, 50 SMS, valid for 14 days.
Rs 2,881: 150 minutes of outgoing and incoming calls, 10 GB of data, 100 SMS, valid for 30 days.

Saudi Arabia:
