A global MedTech leader has inaugurated its Middle East, Turkey, and Africa Service Training Centre at Dubai Science Park. The opening marks a $1 million (AED3.7 million) investment. Moreover, the facility uses purpose-built infrastructure to support partners across more than 33 countries in the region. As a result, it strengthens technical readiness and service consistency.
The organisation operates regional hubs in the Americas, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific. Consequently, it supports clients and trains technicians across multiple geographies. At the same time, these hubs enable knowledge sharing beyond core markets.
Advanced Facilities to Strengthen Regional Support
The new centre delivers hands-on product training, demonstrations, and technical workshops. In addition, it covers a broad range of medical and surgical equipment. The facility also includes a modern service and repair workshop. Furthermore, a dedicated spare-parts warehouse enhances supply chains. Therefore, Dubai now serves as a central hub offering critical support to hospitals and companies across the region.
Commitment to Skills Development and Quality
The centre features two fully equipped training rooms. Together, they support the training of up to 150 engineers from partner organisations. As a result, technical capabilities improve while service quality standards rise. Meanwhile, Dubai Science Park continues to host more than 6,500 professionals across life, energy, and environmental science sectors, reinforcing its role as a cohesive innovation ecosystem.
