Nvidia Releases RTX Spark Developer Drivers Ahead Launch
Nvidia has released the first developer drivers for its upcoming RTX Spark platform, giving software developers early access before the hardware launches this fall. The release allows developers to begin optimizing applications, testing compatibility, and preparing software for the new AI-focused computing platform. Consequently, Nvidia aims to ensure that applications are ready when RTX Spark devices reach the market.
The developer drivers support Nvidia’s GB10 Superchip, which powers the RTX Spark platform. Moreover, they provide the software foundation needed for AI development, graphics workloads, and Windows on Arm applications. Nvidia expects the early release to accelerate ecosystem readiness ahead of commercial availability.
Early Access Helps Developers Prepare Applications
The new drivers allow developers to validate applications, optimize performance, and integrate Nvidia technologies such as CUDA, RTX graphics, and AI acceleration before launch. Therefore, software creators can address compatibility issues while improving performance across supported workloads.
Nvidia is also encouraging developers to build native Windows on Arm applications for RTX Spark systems. Recently, Sega announced plans to support RTX Spark in future game releases, further strengthening the platform’s software ecosystem.
