Gmail’s New Tool helps Declutter Your Inbox Efficiently

Google is launching a Gmail feature called “Manage subscriptions” across the web, Android, and iOS in select countries. The tool lets users view all active subscriptions in one place, arranged by sender frequency. Users can unsubscribe easily, with Gmail sending the request on their behalf.

Accessing the feature is simple: click the navigation bar in the top-left corner and select “Manage subscriptions.” A list of senders and recent email volume appears, and users can view all messages from each sender by clicking on them.

Gmail Adds Another Decluttering Feature

The tool builds on Gmail’s previous email management options, including last year’s one-click unsubscribe button. Some users first spotted this new tool being tested back in April.

The feature is available to Google Workspace customers, Workspace Individual subscribers, and personal Google account holders. Web users started receiving it on Tuesday. Android rollout begins July 14, and iOS users will see it starting July 21. The full rollout may take up to 15 days.
