General Assembly’s expertise lies in cultivating highly skilled professionals in critical areas such as software engineering, user experience (UX) design, and data analytics. By integrating this talent pool with Brinc’s established ecosystem of startup support, the partnership intends to fast-track innovation and growth. Its flagship Mashroo3i Program, developed with Bahrain’s Labour Fund (Tamkeen), targets passionate local entrepreneurs with viable business ideas. Under the new partnership, Brinc will gain access to GA’s global network of mentors and trainers, enriching support for Mashroo3i participants. Conversely, GA will benefit from engaging directly with Brinc’s startup pipeline, offering its students practical opportunities for internships, collaboration, and employment within Bahrain’s vibrant startup ecosystem.
