Dubai Tokenised Property Sale Completes in Under Two Minutes

Investors rush to buy Dubai’s tokenised apartment on blockchain platform.

Dubai’s latest tokenised real estate project sold out in just one minute and 58 seconds. Offered via the PRYPCO Mint platform, it demonstrated rapidly growing interest in blockchain-based property investment. According to the Dubai Land Department (DLD), this marked a new milestone in the city’s evolving digital real estate sector.

The offering attracted 149 investors representing 35 countries. This wide international participation underscored Dubai’s rising appeal as a hub for tech-driven real estate. Additionally, with more than 10,700 potential buyers on the waitlist, the demand for fractional property ownership shows no signs of slowing.

Fractional Ownership Makes Property Investment Accessible

Through tokenisation, investors were able to purchase shares starting at AED2,000 ($545). The featured property a one-bedroom apartment in Kensington Waters, Mohammed Bin Rashid City—was valued at AED1.875 million ($510,500) but offered at AED1.5 million ($408,000). Because of this discount, buyers gained immediate equity and increased value.

Furthermore, the platform allows quick and secure ownership transactions, making the process more efficient than traditional property purchases. It reduces entry barriers and offers a streamlined experience for small and mid-sized investors.
