The Dubai Future Foundation (DFF),boration with The Executive Council of Dubai, has announced the opening of applications for the Dubai future experts programme. This initiative aims to develop a network of strategic foresight experts across key government sectors in Dubai, enhancing the city’s readiness for future challenges.

Programme Overview

The Dubai future experts programme is a professional certification course designed to cultivate a forward-looking mindset within Dubai’s government entities. It focuses on establishing a pool of verified futurists equipped with skills in strategic thinking, social intelligence, project management, and future foresight. Participants will engage in mapping potential future scenarios, aiding in effective policy development and decision-making.

Structure and Duration

Spanning six months, the programme comprises two levels:

Certified Foresight Practitioner: The initial phase introduces participants to the fundamentals of strategic foresight.

Certified Foresight Ambassador: The advanced phase delves deeper into applying foresight methodologies to real-world scenarios.

Each level lasts three months, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience.

Eligibility and Application

Targeted at middle and senior management within Dubai’s government entities, the programme seeks individuals committed to driving innovation and shaping the future of public services. Interested candidates must submit their applications by November 30, 2023.
