Dubai Chambers Launches Agentic AI Training for 14,000 Member Companies
Dubai Chambers has introduced specialized Agentic AI training for more than 14,000 member companies. These businesses belong to Business Groups and Business Councils operating under the Dubai Chamber of Commerce.
The initiative supports Dubai’s plan to help private companies transition toward Agentic AI. Moreover, it follows directives from HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
The program operates through Dubai Chambers Academy, an integrated e-learning platform. In addition, the academy offers Agentic AI courses alongside training in other specialized areas.
Training Businesses to Use Agentic AI
HE Eng. Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori, HE Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah and 90 council chairpersons attended the academy’s launch. Eng. Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori stated that the program prepares the business community to adopt advanced technologies and use them in business operations. Agentic AI can be used to manage complex tasks, assist decision-making, and improve productivity.
During the courses, participants will explore Agentic AI tools and solutions for business environments. Furthermore, they will study possible applications within their companies.
The training also covers methods for improving operations, efficiency, productivity and decision-making. Therefore, participating companies can assess where Agentic AI may provide practical value.
Additionally, the courses aim to develop the skills required to use the technology effectively. Businesses can then integrate suitable AI solutions into their everyday operations.
Supporting Wider AI Adoption
The training forms part of a broader Agentic AI program for Dubai’s private sector. Besides offering courses, the program plans to establish incubators for Agentic AI companies.
Moreover, it will support businesses that develop and deploy Agentic AI solutions. The initiative will also encourage knowledge-sharing and capacity-building across the business community.
Dubai Chambers recently established an Executive Committee for Agentic AI. Consequently, the committee will guide efforts to increase private-sector adoption of the technology.
The committee will also help companies evaluate relevant tools and potential applications. As a result, businesses can make more informed decisions before implementing Agentic AI.

Business Groups and Business Councils represent companies from several economic sectors. Additionally, they create communication channels between businesses and government entities.
