DJI Unveils Foldable Drone for Vloggers: Introducing the DJI Flip

DJI has launched its latest innovation, the DJI Flip, an all-in-one foldable drone designed for vlogging and creative content creation. Touted as the first drone with foldable, full-coverage propeller guards for enhanced flight safety, the DJI Flip prioritizes portability and versatility.

Weighing under 249g and measuring just 136×62×165 mm when folded, the DJI Flip is compact enough to fit in your pocket. Despite its size, the drone boasts impressive specifications, including a 1/1.3-inch CMOS sensor capable of capturing 48MP still photos and high-resolution 4K videos.

It supports burst shooting at up to 7 frames per second and offers both JPG and RAW formats for stills. Videographers can take advantage of up to 100fps in 4K for landscape mode, while vertical shooting mode, aimed at mobile content creators, supports up to 2.7K at 30fps. The drone also allows users to choose between processed MP4 videos or unprocessed D-Log M format for professional editing flexibility.

Equipped with an f/1.7 aperture lens, an 82.1° field of view, and a maximum ISO of 6400, the DJI Flip ensures excellent performance in low-light conditions.
