Diriyah Awards $114M Architecture Contract for Boulevard District

Diriyah Company has appointed a specialized urban development firm for architectural design work on the Boulevard District, with a contract valued at SR426.3 million ($113.6 million). The firm will oversee the design and construction supervision of buildings in three community areas within the Boulevard District. This includes concept, schematic, and detailed designs, ensuring the development is aligned with Diriyah’s master plans.

This contract forms part of Diriyah’s broader development strategy to accelerate the growth of its 14sq km area. With key contracts now secured for other large-scale projects, the Boulevard District is set to be a central hub within the $63.2 billion development, facilitating connectivity across multiple areas and serving as a flagship component of Diriyah’s expansion plans.
