Bayut Launches AI Search to Transform Property Search in UAE
UAE property seekers can now search for homes using natural language instead of relying only on traditional filters. The new AI Search feature introduces a conversational approach to property discovery across the country.
The feature lets users describe their requirements in their own words. For example, they can request a “two-bedroom apartment in Dubai Marina with a sea view under $544,588 (AED 2 million)” or a “family villa in Dubai Hills with a private garden and space for a home office.”
AI Search then interprets these combined preferences and surfaces listings that match the user’s needs. As a result, property seekers can express more detailed requirements without adjusting multiple filters individually.
Moreover, users can continue the conversation with follow-up prompts. They can change their preferred location, budget, property features, or lifestyle requirements without restarting the search.
AI combines natural language with traditional search
The conversational feature works alongside existing property search tools. Therefore, users can move between natural-language prompts and traditional filters based on their preferences.
This approach combines the precision of structured search with the flexibility of conversational discovery. Consequently, users can refine their searches more naturally while still maintaining control over specific property criteria.

AI Search allows users to express those requirements naturally and continue refining them as they explore.”
