Apple has announced its highly anticipated iPhone 16 series, comprising the iPhone 16, 16 Plus, 16 Pro, and 16 Pro Max. The launch took place at the company’s Glowtime event in Cupertino, California, with the UAE being among the first countries to receive the new models.
The iPhone 16 starts at Dh3,399 for the 128GB model, Dh3,799 for 256GB, and Dh4,649 for 512GB. The 6.7-inch iPhone 16 Plus is priced at Dh3,799, Dh4,199, and Dh5,049 for its respective storage options. The iPhone 16 Pro is available for the Pro models from Dh4,299 for 128GB up to Dh6,399 for the 1TB version. The iPhone 16 Pro Max starts at Dh5,099 for 256GB and goes up to Dh6,799 for 1TB.
Apple has also introduced the Apple Watch Series 10, the company’s slimmest and lightest watch yet, starting at Dh1,599 for the GPS model and Dh1,999 for GPS plus mobile. The Watch Ultra 2 is now available in a satin-black finish, priced at Dh3,199 for the trail loop model and Dh3,599 for the titanium Milanese loop version.
In addition, Apple revealed the new AirPods 4, available in a standard model for Dh549 and a noise-cancelling version for Dh749, now featuring a USB-C port. The updated AirPods Pro 2, priced at Dh949, include new hearing aid functionalities, while the AirPods Max is now offered in new colors with a USB-C port, priced at Dh2,099.
Pre-orders for these new devices will open on September 13, with sales starting on September 20. The iPhone 16 series features the new A18 chip and integrates Apple Intelligence, enhancing camera capabilities with advanced AI.
