LeafyPod Debuts AI-Powered Self-Watering Smart Planter at CES 2025

At CES 2025, technology brand LeafyPod unveiled its AI-powered self-watering smart planter, designed to revolutionize plant care by addressing the key causes of plant death: soil moisture, light, temperature, and humidity.

Crafted from durable plastic materials, the LeafyPod planter is equipped with advanced sensors that monitor environmental factors like light, humidity, and temperature, transmitting real-time data to the LeafyPod app. According to co-founder Cleo Song, the AI-powered system adapts watering schedules to suit the specific needs of each plant, ensuring optimal care regardless of the plant variety.

The planter’s sleek, minimalistic design conceals sophisticated technology, including a dual-filter system and a built-in water reservoir that requires refilling only once every two weeks to a month. Its cordless design, USB charging capability, and compatibility with smart devices like Alexa and Google Assistant make it highly user-friendly.

Through the LeafyPod app, users receive timely notifications for maintenance tasks such as water refills and filter replacements. The system’s AI-driven technology prevents overwatering and under-watering by continuously monitoring soil conditions and adjusting water delivery in real time.
