The AI Academy has opened early applications for its Executive Program for Chief AI Officer (CAIO). Moreover, the program aims to equip senior executives and decision-makers with practical skills to lead AI transformation. The Academy first debuted at the Machines Can See 2025 summit, and the launch supports regional AI leadership development.
Furthermore, recent research shows 69% of organisations in the Middle East plan to increase AI investment, emphasising the need for skilled leadership. In addition, the initiative aligns with national economic goals and the UAE’s broader AI agenda.
Curriculum, partnerships, and delivery
The intensive two-week program begins on 16 November 2025 and comprises 10 advanced modules. These modules cover AI systems architecture, enterprise deployment, governance frameworks, ethics, and public policy. Moreover, the Academy integrates NVIDIA’s technologies into select modules to accelerate hands-on readiness. Participants will gain access to enterprise-grade AI infrastructure and real-world deployment insights.
Additionally, an optional five-day international module in Europe or the United States will expand exposure to global innovation ecosystems. Polynome Group and the Abu Dhabi School of Management jointly run the program, and this partnership reinforces the UAE’s role as an AI hub.
Admissions, outcomes, and timing
The Executive Program targets C-suite leaders, public sector advisors, transformation executives, and AI sponsors across private and government sectors. Graduates will join a global alumni circle of Chief AI Officers and senior leaders, thereby accessing a long-term peer network. “In today’s fast-changing landscape, visionary and strategic leadership is critical to unlocking the full potential of AI in a responsible way that meets the needs of businesses and society alike,” said Dr. Tayeb Kamali, Chairman of the Board of Trustees at ADSM.
“This program equips leaders with the strategic foresight, ethical foundation, and practical skills required to leverage the exciting opportunities AI creates, while strengthening the UAE’s role as a global hub for technological excellence.” In addition, “What makes this program unique is that it was designed by leaders who have implemented AI at scale,” added Alexander Khanin, Founder of Polynome Group. “Participants will leave with execution-ready strategies, direct access to enterprise tools, and membership in a powerful peer network of global AI leaders.” Finally, applications close on 15 October 2025; visit the program page to apply.
