Adobe Launches AI Agents, 3D Digital Twins at Summit 2026

AI agent managing marketing workflow

Adobe and Nvidia announced an expanded collaboration at a major industry event in Las Vegas, and they also brought in WPP to strengthen enterprise marketing capabilities. As a result, the partnership combines AI, creative tools, and global advertising expertise to deploy autonomous AI agents across marketing operations.

Previously, the companies introduced their strategic plans at Nvidia’s GTC conference in March, and now they are advancing those ideas with practical implementations. At the event, Adobe confirmed that its cloud-based 3D digital twin solution is generally available within Firefly Creative Production. Consequently, brands can create photorealistic virtual replicas of products and reuse them across campaigns.

Moreover, the system integrates Omniverse libraries and OpenUSD, so teams can generate assets from a single 3D scene. As a result, production timelines that once took weeks can now shrink significantly.

AI Agents and Marketing Integration

In addition, Adobe introduced CX Enterprise Coworker, an AI agent designed to manage customer experience workflows from start to finish. The system integrates Nvidia OpenShell, which provides a policy-controlled runtime environment, while also using Nemotron open models for secure AI operations. Therefore, organizations in regulated industries can maintain strict governance over autonomous systems.

“Enterprises can now natively invoke Adobe CX Enterprise intelligence without leaving their secure environment,” Adobe said in a blog post announcing the integration.

Meanwhile, the collaboration with WPP aims to place agentic AI at the center of enterprise marketing strategies. By combining creative platforms, computing infrastructure, and campaign deployment expertise, the partnership targets large global clients such as Coca-Cola, Ford, and Unilever. Earlier this year, WPP and Adobe had already expanded their relationship to scale creative production using Firefly technologies.

Leadership Shift and Industry Pressure

At the same time, these announcements come during a leadership transition. Shantanu Narayen stated in March that he will step down as CEO once a successor is chosen, although he will remain as board chair.

Additionally, the new AI systems rely on open standards such as Model Context Protocol and Agent2Agent, which allow interoperability with platforms from Amazon Web Services, Anthropic, Google Cloud, Microsoft, and OpenAI. Consequently, the tools are designed to fit into a broad AI ecosystem rather than operate in isolation.

As industry pressure increases, these developments reflect a broader shift toward AI-driven workflows. According to The Wall Street Journal, the latest offerings arrive “amid threat of AI disruption” to the company’s core business.
