7X, in partnership with key Abu Dhabi government entities, has launched ADEED, the UAE Supply Chain Support Platform. Through this initiative, stakeholders aim to strengthen supply chain resilience and ensure business continuity across Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE.
Moreover, the platform connects a coordinated network of strategic partners, including the Abu Dhabi Investment Office, Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development, Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Abu Dhabi Customs, and Abu Dhabi Quality and Conformity Council. As a result, these entities form an integrated ecosystem that addresses disruptions while ensuring the seamless flow of goods and materials.
Integrated Logistics and AI-Driven Coordination
Positioned as a central enabler across trade, transport, and logistics, 7X will utilize its operational capabilities to respond to supply chain needs identified through ADEED. In addition, the company will coordinate solutions across air, land, and sea logistics networks both domestically and internationally.
At the same time, the platform enhances fulfillment services while giving businesses greater visibility into supply chain operations. Therefore, companies can better track industrial inputs and export-related materials.
Furthermore, ADEED leverages advanced artificial intelligence to deliver actionable insights into supply chain and trade processes. Consequently, the system structures business requests, identifies gaps, and connects users with relevant logistics and trade expertise. This approach enables faster decision-making and simplifies complex supply chain challenges.
Meanwhile, requests are channelled through the ADCCI Trade Working Group, ensuring each case receives coordinated attention. While ADIO facilitates links with global and domestic suppliers, 7X manages logistics to ensure timely and reliable delivery of goods.
Strengthening Economic Resilience and Growth
Officials emphasized that the platform reflects Abu Dhabi’s commitment to building a resilient and agile economic ecosystem. By integrating regulatory oversight, logistics infrastructure, and market intelligence, ADEED improves the emirate’s ability to respond proactively to disruptions.
Tariq Al Wahedi said, “ADEED reflects exactly the kind of public-private collaboration that builds long-term supply chain resilience, where public sector leadership and operational capability come together to support business continuity in a practical and timely way. Through our sector-wide network of strategic partners, 7X is committed to enabling responsive, coordinated solutions that keep supply chains moving and to working alongside ADIO in ways that reinforce Abu Dhabi’s and the UAE’s standing as a resilient, globally connected trade hub. Building on this foundation, we aim to have ADEED extend its reach nationwide, bringing this support to businesses across the emirates.”
Mohamed Ali Al Kamali, Chief of Industry and Trade at ADIO, stated that, “The UAE leadership continues to take proactive steps to ensure the resilience of our economy and supply chains, and ADIO is proud to support the vital manufacturing sector. By spearheading the ADEED platform, ADIO teams are providing businesses with guidance based on real-time market insights to help maintain supply chain continuity to advance Abu Dhabi’s economic growth ambitions. These initiatives underscore why Abu Dhabi remains a globally recognized destination for trade, manufacturing, and investment.”
