Future Tokenisation Forum 2026, previously promoted as Reg3 Forum, will take place in Dubai on 5 November 2026. Organised by the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), the one-day event will bring together regulators, financial institutions, institutional investors, technology providers, and digital-asset leaders to discuss the development of trusted tokenised markets. Held at Jumeirah Mina Al Salam in Dubai, the forum is part of Dubai Future Finance Week, which runs from 2–6 November 2026.

The forum will focus on tokenised assets, digital settlement, real-world asset tokenisation, and the regulatory frameworks needed for institutional adoption. The official website lists more than 800 senior delegates, over 40 global speakers, participants from more than 20 countries, and over 12 strategic sponsors. The event is organised by DIFC in partnership with the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) and the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA), with the Capital Market Authority (CMA) as regulatory partner.
The programme will combine keynote addresses, regulatory and market discussions, institutional finance panels, private roundtables, and networking meetings. Sessions will explore how financial institutions can integrate tokenised assets into existing markets, improve settlement processes, and address cross-border regulatory differences. The forum will also examine the infrastructure, custody arrangements, compliance systems, and interoperability standards needed to support tokenised finance at scale.

Event Highlights

In-depth Panels & Keynotes: Explore the regulatory, financial, and technological developments shaping tokenised capital markets. Discussions will cover institutional adoption, digital assets, stablecoins, regulatory alignment, and the challenges of moving tokenisation projects from pilot stages into commercial operations.

Technology & Innovation Insights: Examine blockchain infrastructure, smart contracts, artificial intelligence, digital identity, and automated compliance. Sessions will explore how these technologies can support secure asset issuance, institutional custody, risk monitoring, and more efficient financial market operations.

Tokenised Assets & Institutional Finance: Explore tokenisation across real estate, private credit, investment funds, and other real-world assets. Discussions will consider fractional ownership, liquidity, asset servicing, and the infrastructure required to connect traditional financial markets with blockchain-based systems.

Regulation, Trust & Market Infrastructure: Examine regulatory frameworks, custody standards, investor protection, compliance requirements, and cross-border coordination. The programme will address how regulators and financial institutions can establish clear operating standards while supporting innovation in digital assets and tokenised securities.

Networking & Business Opportunities: Connect with regulators, policymakers, banks, asset managers, investors, blockchain companies, and financial infrastructure providers. The forum will include private roundtables, networking meetings, and opportunities to discuss partnerships and institutional adoption. Paid delegate passes include access to the main sessions, a complimentary Dubai FinTech Summit expo pass, and networking facilities, subject to the official pass terms.

A Platform for Innovation and Growth

Future Tokenisation Forum 2026 will bring together the financial institutions, regulators, and technology providers working to develop the next generation of digital capital markets. Its programme will examine how tokenised assets, blockchain infrastructure, digital settlement, and regulatory cooperation can address operational barriers to institutional adoption.

As Dubai continues to develop its digital-asset and financial-services ecosystem, the forum will provide a platform for discussing the legal, technical, and commercial requirements of tokenised finance. By bringing policymakers and market participants into the same discussions, the event aims to encourage cooperation around trusted infrastructure, cross-border standards, and the responsible expansion of tokenised markets.

Date: 5 November 2026 (Thursday)
