The agreement was signed during LIVEX 2026, the Liveability and Investment Exhibition. Additionally, it aims to connect the real estate industry with Abu Dhabi’s growing technology ecosystem.
ADREC operates as an affiliate of the Department of Municipalities and Transport and serves as the regulator of Abu Dhabi’s real estate sector.
Furthermore, the partnership will provide startups with a regulated environment to test and expand their technologies. At the same time, it will offer access to government partners, industry experts, and real market opportunities.
Startup collaboration and technology development
Under the agreement, ADREC will identify challenges within the real estate sector. Meanwhile, Hub71 will connect suitable startups with opportunities to test and validate their solutions through potential pilot projects.

As a result, the partnership will help discover technologies and talent that can support improvements in property regulation, transactions, and management.
Events, mentorship, and future initiatives
Meanwhile, the partnership includes community events, workshops, and mentorship programs to encourage collaboration between startups and industry professionals.
ADREC will support Hub71 activities by sharing expertise and connecting startups with specialists from its network. Therefore, participants can gain industry knowledge and guidance while developing new solutions.
