A new enterprise-grade agentic AI deployment signals a shift from traditional chatbot experiences to governed, action-oriented systems. Notably, the rollout was announced during the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos. Instead of relying on NLP-only interactions, the approach embeds agentic AI into core governance and compliance workflows. As a result, teams can connect policy, risk, and compliance functions with faster access to trusted information.
Built for policy, risk, and compliance at scale
The solution uses an orchestration layer that includes more than 500 tools and customizable, domain-specific agents. Moreover, it helps employees and auditors access, interpret, and trace legal, regulatory, and compliance information. It also integrates with governance and risk platforms to deliver responses aligned with enterprise controls. Consequently, organizations can reduce response times and improve consistency in policy interpretation. In addition, it supports 24/7 self-service access while maintaining governance requirements.
A joint proof of concept delivered within eight weeks tested the solution under real-world conditions. Meanwhile, an engineering team led the design and integration work, while a regional partner supported delivery and coordination. Together, they demonstrated capabilities that go beyond simple question-and-answer tools. Therefore, the system can reason, orchestrate tasks, and stay aligned with governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
Governance-by-design and hybrid deployment readiness
Governance remains central to the deployment, and the architecture supports explainability and compliance by design. Additionally, the implementation connects directly to governance tooling already in place, which strengthens accountability. In turn, it supports trusted decision-making while keeping humans in control. The design also supports hybrid environments, so teams can run large language models across customer-managed infrastructure. Overall, the initiative establishes a scalable foundation for expanding agentic AI into additional enterprise domains.
