Saviynt Expands Into Dubai With New Regional Hub and StarLink Partnership

Saviynt opens Dubai regional headquarters

Saviynt has opened a new regional headquarters in Dubai while forming a strategic partnership with StarLink, and the move arrives as organizations across the Middle East accelerate cloud and AI adoption. As a result, demand for continuous access governance continues to rise sharply. The region’s cloud computing investment also keeps growing, driven by national digital transformation efforts, regulated industry innovation, and the increasing use of AI-assisted operations.

Additionally, this shift has introduced millions of new identities, including employees, contractors, applications, workloads, and connected devices. Therefore, managing appropriate access has become a defining challenge for security leaders. Todd Rotger, Chief Revenue Officer at Saviynt, said, “Enterprises across the Middle East are adding thousands of new identities every month, yet many still rely on manual access reviews and fragmented tools. That gap is exactly where attackers thrive. Our investment in the region is focused on helping customers close it and maintain control before risk becomes breach.”

Strengthening Identity Governance and Local Support

As part of the expansion, the company will host its converged Identity Cloud platform locally to help customers meet data residency needs. Furthermore, the move strengthens support for sectors such as banking, energy, government, and telecommunications. The new Dubai hub will also focus on customer success, solution delivery, and partner enablement, which will help organizations gain value faster.

Mahmoud Nimer, President of StarLink, stated, “With identity becoming the front line of digital trust, organizations need intelligent, unified control over every identity on their network. Saviynt delivers that convergence without slowing down transformation. We are proud to bring their innovation to more customers across the region.”

Global Momentum and Continued Investment

The Dubai expansion builds on the company’s growth across EMEA and APJ. Moreover, new offices and leadership in Singapore, London, Amsterdam, Germany, Iberia, and Poland demonstrate increasing momentum. Continued investment in its India innovation center further supports product development and customer needs. The company was recently recognized as a 2024 Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice for Identity Governance and Administration for the fourth consecutive year, reinforcing its rising global reputation.
