Rolls-Royce has revealed its latest bespoke creation, the Black Badge Cullinan Series II ‘Desert Sunset,’ commissioned through the Private Office in Dubai. The model draws inspiration from the colors of Doha’s desert landscapes and the radiant skyline during sunset.
The exterior features a striking two-tone finish, with Bronze as the main body color, reflecting the warm tones of Arabian sands. Above it, Sunrise Sparkle captures the brilliance of Doha’s setting sun as it glimmers across the city’s modern architecture.
Inside, Sunrise leather dominates the cabin, paired with Casden Tan and Havana accents. Details such as bespoke perforations inspired by cloud shapes, Sunrise headrest monograms, and Mimosa Negra open-pore veneer highlight the craftsmanship. Dark Spice carpets and lambswool floor mats complete the refined interior theme.
Middle East: A Leading Market for Bespoke
The Middle East continues to stand out as the most valuable market for Rolls-Royce Bespoke commissions. The Black Badge Cullinan Series II ‘Desert Sunset’ demonstrates how the region’s clients embrace individuality through bold and artistic projects.
James Crichton, Regional Director, Middle East & Africa, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, commented:
“Our clients’ ever-growing demand for individualisation has made the Middle East our most valuable market for Bespoke motor cars in the world. Through our Private Office in Dubai, we bring the Home of Rolls-Royce in Goodwood to our clients in the region, providing them with a unique opportunity to co-create their motor car alongside a dedicated Bespoke designer and specialised client experience manager. This expressive Black Badge Cullinan Series II highlights how our Bespoke team can capture the spirit of special places and cultures, and Cullinan’s potential as a canvas for self-expression, creativity and artistry.”
Crafted Through Private Office Dubai
This commission reflects the growing role of Private Office Dubai, opened in 2022 as the first creative outpost outside Goodwood. The exclusive service, available only by invitation, allows clients to design highly detailed projects alongside a dedicated Bespoke team.
Ayman Berjawi, General Manager, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Doha, said:
“This remarkable Black Badge Cullinan Series II commission is a celebration of Qatar’s natural beauty and our client’s discerning taste. ‘Desert Sunset’ is not only a stunning expression of Bespoke craftsmanship, but also a reflection of the unique bond between Rolls-Royce and our clients in Doha. We are proud to see such a bold and emotive creation inspired by our home city, brought to life through our close collaboration with the Private Office in Dubai.”
The client, a longstanding Qatari patron, worked closely with the Dubai office to bring this vision to life. Rolls-Royce confirmed that the Middle East remains the top region for complex, ambitious, and highly personal commissions, underscoring its global influence on the marque’s bespoke program.
