This year’s edition not only highlights Dubai’s expanding global influence in real estate investment but also coincides with the unveiling of the Dubai Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033. This forward-looking framework aims to enhance transparency, stimulate innovation, and strengthen Dubai’s role as a sustainable investment destination. During his keynote, His Excellency emphasized that IPS stands as a strategic platform, connecting global and regional stakeholders while fostering smart city growth and real estate innovation.

Aligning Vision and Innovation to Shape Dubai’s Property Future

The DLD’s exhibition stand highlights its unified vision, bringing together key government agencies such as Dubai Municipality and the Dubai Rental Disputes Center. This collaboration underscores Dubai’s commitment to sustainable growth, governance, and innovation. The DLD also presented strategic initiatives aligned with major frameworks, including the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, the Social Agenda 33, and the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan.

Several flagship projects were unveiled, such as ‘Real Estate i,’ which boosts international visibility through developer partnerships, and ‘She Pioneers,’ which empowers women in the property sector. Additionally, the ‘Real Estate Tokenisation Project’ cements Dubai’s role as a leader in blockchain-enabled property registration. Complementary efforts like the ‘Tayseer’ initiative, ‘Tamkeen’ programme, and the ‘Dubai Real Estate Broker Programme’ further aim to promote Emirati leadership and improve market transparency.

Global Showcases, Strategic Conversations, and Investor Connections

IPS 2025 features an impressive lineup of regional developers including Danube Properties, Sobha Realty, and Union Properties, as well as international entities from Saudi Arabia, Georgia, Oman, and Pakistan. The Developers Hub, a core highlight, allows companies to present live projects and connect with global investors, opening doors to collaborations that advance smart and sustainable cities. Beyond the exhibition floor, IPS 2025 hosts thought-provoking sessions through its Main Conference and Institutional Investor Conference, offering insights into future real estate trends. On April 15, the IPS Women 2025 Conference will spotlight women’s leadership in real estate, supported by the Women’s Council of Realtors Miami-Dade. IPS 2025 welcomes visitors daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Sheikh Saeed Halls 1, 2, and 3, Dubai World Trade Centre.
