The UAE is the world leader in Fibre to the Home (FTTH) connectivity for the eighth year in a row. With a penetration rate of 99.3 per cent, it beats all other countries.
According to the latest FTTH Council report, 20 countries with over 50 per cent FTTH availability were analyzed. Singapore and Hong Kong follow the UAE, with 97.1 and 95.3 per cent penetration, respectively. China and South Korea also rank high, with 92.9 and 91.5 per cent penetration.
