By centralizing government services, U-Ask enables users to find service requirements, obtain relevant information based on their preferences, and access direct application links.
Led by Ohood bint Khalfan Al Roumi, Minister of State for Government Development and The Future and Chairperson of the Higher Committee for Government Digital Transformation, the U-Ask platform plays a crucial role in advancing the UAE Government’s digital efforts. It aligns with the committee’s objective of integrating and coordinating various projects, enhancing system efficiency, and delivering streamlined services that cater to the needs of the people.
Mohamed bin Taliah, Chief of Government Services for the UAE Government, highlights the platform’s user-centric approach, allowing individuals to conveniently access government services. With the aim of offering a smoother and simpler user experience, the U-Ask platform supports diverse groups and sectors within and outside the country.
