US-based automotive company Zoox has announced the appointment of Feargal Moorhead as Senior Director – Talent Management. In his new role, Moorhead will focus on leading the company’s People Partner, Learning & Development, and Inclusion & Diversity teams.
“I am delighted to announce that I have joined Zoox as Senior Director of Talent Management. At Zoox, I will be focused on leading our People Partner, Learning & Development, and Inclusion & Diversity teams. Prior to this, I spent 25+ years at Intel in a variety of roles. I’ll always be grateful for my time there and wish Team Intel the best for the future,” Moorhead said in a post.
“I decided to join Zoox because we are doing something that has never been done before: creating autonomous mobility from the ground up. We will help make roads safer, cut city congestion, help our climate, and free up people’s time. We have a wonderful team of incredibly talented people here, and I’m looking forward to playing my part to help deliver on our Zoox mission,” Moorhead added.
Prior to joining Zoox, Moorhead was associated with Intel as Senior HR Director, Intel Architecture Graphics and Software. There, he led a team of Human Resource professionals to deliver relevant HR solutions that address areas such as organizational leadership, talent and executive acquisition, organizational design, leading within a matrix organization, tailoring compensation programs for retention of high-impact staff, and utilizing corporate HR programs.
Moorhead holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business – Marketing from Dublin Business School.
