She also led the creation of ‘The Smart City Index’ – the first-ever benchmark for smart city implementation globally.
Dr. Aisha’s expertise extends beyond her work in Dubai. She has served on various boards, including Emaar Development, the University of Wollongong in Dubai, and the Higher Colleges of Technology. Currently, she holds positions such as Non-Executive Chairwoman at Shaffra and Board Member at Arab Financial Services.

Dr. Aisha has been named the Leading Woman in Public Sector 2015 by the Global WIL Economic Forum and received the Community Service Medal in 2013 from Lt. General HH Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
Nora Al Matrooshi

Nora Al Matrooshi made history as the first Emirati and Arab woman to be selected as an astronaut in 2021. Ambareen Musa

She founded Souqalmal.com in 2012, which became the leading financial comparison platform in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, offering insights into over 3,200 personal finance products. Raja Al Mazrouei

Her efforts contributed to attracting over 500 tech and innovation companies to the Dubai International Financial Centre.
Mona Ataya

Mona Ataya is a prominent Palestinian-Lebanese entrepreneur who has made significant contributions to the e-commerce landscape in the Middle East. She founded Mumzworld.com in 2011, which grew to become the leading e-commerce platform for mother and child products in the region. Under her leadership, Mumzworld reached over 2.5 million mothers across more than 20 countries, offering over 200,000 products.
In February 2024, Ataya stepped down as CEO of Mumzworld. She has since founded Digitise 360 Advisors in the UAE in June 2024, continuing her entrepreneurial journey in the digital space. Ataya’s experience includes co-founding Bayt.com, a leading job site in the Middle East and North Africa, where she served as Vice President of Marketing.
Alya Al Mazroui
