Message sending on WhatsApp appears to be problematic for users worldwide.
A firm that monitors social media activity online saw a surge in outages at 11am in Dubai. According to Downdetector.ae, they have been receiving a lot of complaints about the same.
Users have said that they are unable to send messages to groups. This is not the first time the service has faced technical issues on a global scale leaving behind many individuals and businesses on replying to the app paralyzed in Dubai, UAE.
