TikTok has joined forces with Visa to bolster small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The partnership offers practical support by providing digital tools, expert-led training, and targeted marketing resources. As a result, this initiative directly supports the UAE’s broader goals of innovation, economic diversification, and digital growth.

Through this collaboration, SMBs will gain both financial and educational benefits designed to enhance their digital presence. For example, Visa and TikTok will offer ad credits and access to exclusive learning sessions, all intended to help businesses reach wider audiences online. This program is specifically tailored for first-time users of TikTok Ads Manager within the UAE.

Program Benefits and Key Dates

Starting July 1, 2025, SMBs that invest $250 using a Visa Commercial card on TikTok advertising campaigns will receive $150 in TikTok Ad Credits. This offer remains available until September 30, 2025. Additionally, participants will have access to TikTok masterclasses, live Q&A sessions with experts, and the “Grow with TikTok Resource Hub.”

Furthermore, TikTok will provide the first three registered businesses with a complimentary creator-made advertisement. This added benefit highlights the program’s focus on creativity and visibility, giving early participants a unique edge.

Leaders Emphasize Long-Term Impact

Joanne Chehab, TikTok Head of Business Partnerships for MENA, emphasized the initiative’s importance: “SMBs are the heart of the UAE’s economy… this collaboration with Visa provides SMBs not just financial incentives but also the knowledge and tools to succeed authentically and creatively on TikTok.”
