SOUEAST Unveils New Vehicle Lineup and Regional Strategy at Dubai Launch
SOUEAST, the China-based automobile manufacturer, has introduced its latest lineup of vehicles for the UAE market at a high-profile event held at Dubai’s iconic Burj Al Arab. This launch marks a significant milestone in SOUEAST’s regional expansion strategy, showcasing its commitment to innovative urban mobility and its refreshed brand identity.
The launch event was attended by UAE government officials, SOUEAST executives, and representatives from Elite Group Holding. Mr. Chuandeng Ke, Vice President of SOUEAST, highlighted the brand’s 30-year legacy and its ambitious plans to establish a strong foothold in the UAE and the broader Middle East region.
Regional Expansion Strategy
As part of its 2025 regional plan, SOUEAST aims to expand into new markets, including Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, and Lebanon. The company plans to establish 14 sales outlets by the end of the year and has announced the opening of a 12,000-square-meter spare parts warehouse to ensure rapid after-sales support.
New Vehicle Lineup
SOUEAST unveiled four flagship SUVs during the event:
- S09: A luxury SUV with cutting-edge technology and a premium design.
- S07: A mid-size family-friendly SUV blending modern aesthetics with practicality.
- S06: A compact, sporty SUV ideal for urban mobility.
- S06 DM: A plug-in hybrid SUV boasting 355 hp, 530 Nm torque, and a 1,000 km range with dual-mode hybrid technology.
Vision for the Future
SOUEAST plans to launch 13 new models, including SUVs and sedans, with petrol, PHEV, and BEV options. The diversified lineup is designed to cater to urban youth and families, aligning with the company’s slogan, “EASE YOUR LIFE.” By 2030, SOUEAST aims to expand its global presence to over 80 markets with more than 2,000 sales and service centers.
