The Sharjah Digital Department signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Dell Technologies to enhance artificial intelligence capabilities across government entities. As a result, the initiative focuses on improving public sector readiness to adopt advanced technologies. Moreover, it aims to elevate service delivery and improve quality of life for residents.

The agreement was signed by Sheikh Saud bin Sultan Al Qasimi and Walid Yehia in the presence of senior officials. Therefore, the collaboration reflects a coordinated effort to accelerate digital transformation across sectors.

Under the agreement, both parties will implement a structured program that includes training, workshops, and knowledge transfer initiatives.
