As part of the initiative, the two companies have established AI Skyways, designed to position Qatar Airways as a global leader in aviation AI. Moreover, this initiative supports advanced technology adoption in the region and beyond.
Driving Value Through AI
AI Skyways will provide the foundation for value-led AI initiatives across the Qatar Airways Group. By combining responsible AI practices, platform offerings, and a value realization office, the partnership will quantify and maximize the impact of AI solutions.
Consequently, AI applications will expand across multiple aviation use cases, including optimizing flight schedules, enhancing predictive maintenance, and personalizing customer interactions. Furthermore, the program will allow Qatar Airways to explore emerging AI trends, ensuring sustained growth and adaptability while strengthening resilience against shifting market demands.
