Presight Partners Montenegro For AI Smart Nation Platform
Presight has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Montenegro’s Ministry of the Interior to support the country’s digital transformation through a next-generation Smart Nation platform.
The agreement establishes a long-term strategic partnership focused on building an AI-powered platform across urban and intercity infrastructure. Furthermore, the initiative aims to strengthen public services, operational coordination, and real-time decision-making capabilities.
The platform will combine data from traffic systems, public safety networks, environmental monitoring tools, and emergency response operations into one integrated operational layer. Consequently, government and municipal institutions will gain faster access to coordinated intelligence and improved situational awareness.
AI Platform to Enhance Coordination and Safety
The project includes intelligent traffic management systems designed to reduce congestion and improve road safety. In addition, the platform will introduce advanced AI-driven tools that support real-time operational monitoring and faster emergency coordination.
Presight will collaborate with government stakeholders across three implementation phases. First, the company will conduct a national feasibility study. Next, both sides will complete a structured data exchange process to map current systems and data sources. Finally, the partnership will establish a detailed roadmap for deployment and long-term implementation.
Moreover, the integrated platform will support proactive AI-assisted decision-making across multiple government entities.
Sovereign AI Infrastructure Powers Real-Time Operations
The Smart Nation platform will operate on Presight’s sovereign AI infrastructure architecture. Therefore, the system will transform fragmented datasets into centralized operational intelligence across national and municipal agencies.
The infrastructure also enables continuous monitoring, autonomous system responses, and coordinated orchestration between connected institutions. As a result, Montenegro aims to strengthen national resilience, improve public safety operations, and accelerate its broader digital transformation agenda.
